This policy applies to eBookSort and PurchaseSort ("the Apps").
The Short Version
The Apps do not collect, store, or share any of your data. Everything happens on your device.
Data Collection
The Apps collect no personal data whatsoever. They do not require an account, do not ask for your name or email, and do not use cookies, analytics, or tracking of any kind.
Your Data
The files you import are processed entirely on your iPhone. Your book and purchase data is never uploaded to any server or shared with anyone. The only exception is described under Network Access below: book titles may be sent to fetch cover art.
Network Access
PurchaseSort functions completely offline with no network requests. eBookSort makes one type of network request: it sends book titles to iTunes Search API to fetch cover art. No other data is transmitted, and no other external services are involved. Neither app has accounts, servers, or tracking.
Third-Party Services
The Apps do not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data-processing services.
Children's Privacy
Because the Apps collect no data from anyone, they do not knowingly or unknowingly collect data from children under 13 (or any other age).
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Given that the Apps collect no data, significant changes are unlikely.
